This is a 200-hour training program that provides you with the foundation needed to teach and live yoga as a holistic lifestyle practice. Immerse yourself in the ancient practices that are used to support the spirit, body and mind. Through a library of videos, readings and 1:1 support, you’ll complete the curriculum at your own pace.

• The history and origins of yoga and how the practice is applied in modern times
• A holistic and well-rounded system of yoga that includes practices for on and off the mat
• Asana (the physical practice of yoga) - Alignment for every body through foundational poses, anatomy, traditional sequences and adjustments
• Pranayama (breathing practices used in yoga) - Guidelines that are needed to regulate the breath and kriyas (cleansing) techniques
• Meditation - A practical approach to the subtle body through meditative postures, chakra alignment, kundalini, mudras, and visualization as well as yoga nidra

• Philosophy, ancient texts and yogic lifestyle
• Spiritual development through the yogic lens
• Therapeutic considerations - chair, prenatal and restorative yoga
• Ethics and trauma informed yoga
• The business of yoga and modern influences
• And so much more - all inspired by Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga and by T. Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga as well as our decade plus experience of both teaching and practicing
